Your agreement sets out who reviews alerts, when they review them and who to contact for escalation. Automated collection and detection are separate from human service coverage.

Is SheerSight free?
SheerSight is included at no extra platform charge for clients on a Sheer Safe engagement. Your engagement is a paid service relationship with its own agreed scope.

Does inclusion mean every security service is covered?
Your agreement defines the services and support you receive. Platform inclusion does not change that scope.
Does the platform make changes to our systems?
API collection uses read-only grants. Sensors and agents have separately documented deployment permissions. Response and remediation work follows the authorizations and responsibilities agreed with your team.
What happens when the engagement ends?
Discuss data export, deletion and deployment wind-down with your engagement contact. The agreed process and timing apply.
